Our Infrastructure at a Glance
Power Supply: The facility operates with a sectioned power capacity of 275 KVA and a captive power capacity of 280 KVA, ensuring uninterrupted and efficient operations.
Solar Power Plant : In line with our commitment to addressing global environmental challenges, we have installed a 300 KVA rooftop solar power plant at our factory. This initiative has significantly contributed to environmental conservation by reducing carbon dioxide emissions, saving tons of standard coal and preserving thousands of trees. Through this investment in clean energy, we are actively supporting a more sustainable and greener future.
Land & Building: The factory spans a total land area of 15,600 square meters, with 13,350 square meters of constructed space. Within this, the workshop occupies 9,000 m², the store 1,420 m², packing 465 m², quality control 185 m², toolroom and maintenance 370 m², seminar hall 220 m², canteen 280 m² and a recreation area of 500 m².
Staff: The facility employs a total of 245 personnel. Among them, 16 work in administration and accounts, 10 are supervisors, 19 are in quality control, 10 are assigned to tool room and maintenance, and the remaining 190 serve in various other roles.
Warehouse & Stores Section

This integrated system guarantees the uninterrupted supply of all essential inputs including tools, equipment and materials at every stage of the production process. To uphold the highest standards of quality, the system automatically blocks the movement of any uninspected or non compliant material at each process checkpoint, ensuring only approved materials proceed to the next stage. Our robust infrastructure supports efficient operations, quality assurance and timely delivery, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every product we manufacture.
Tool Room & Production
Balark Metals Private Limited operates with a fleet of over 450 advanced machines dedicated to production and tool room activities, showcasing its strong and diverse manufacturing capabilities. Each machine is meticulously maintained by a dedicated department responsible for machine maintenance and periodic servicing, ensuring consistent performance, reduced downtime and extended equipment life. Finished Goods Store
Balark Metals Private Limited has implemented a fully computerized packing system designed to uphold the highest standards of quality and traceability. This system ensures that only material which has successfully passed all quality checks is selected for packing. Every bowbag packed is automatically assigned a unique code number, creating a digital identity for each unit. Through this unique code, the material can be traced seamlessly not only across all stages of in house processing and handling but also back to the original supplier of the raw material. This robust traceability system enables quick identification, accountability and transparency at every step of the production and supply chain, reinforcing Balark Metals Private Limited commitment to quality assurance and customer trust.
